Quran Unlock is a productivity and spiritual wellness application designed to help Muslims build a consistent Quran reading habit. The app uses your device's Screen Time capabilities to encourage Quran recitation before accessing selected applications.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quran Unlock. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Quran Unlock offers both free and premium subscription tiers: • **Free Tier**: Basic app blocking and Quran reading features • **Premium Subscription**: Advanced features, unlimited blocking, and additional customization Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in your device's store settings.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store according to their refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly, but we're happy to help troubleshoot any issues you experience with the app.

You agree NOT to: • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app • Circumvent any security features or access restrictions • Use the Services in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Share your account credentials with others

Quran Unlock requires Screen Time permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you understand that: • The app can restrict access to applications you select • Blocking preferences are stored locally on your device • You can modify or remove restrictions at any time through the app or device settings • We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by app blocking

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Slwn Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Quran text displayed in our app is sourced from verified, authentic sources. We strive for accuracy in all translations and transliterations. The Quran content is provided for educational and spiritual purposes. We respect the sacred nature of the text and expect users to do the same.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free • The app will be compatible with all devices • App blocking will work perfectly in all scenarios • Any specific spiritual or productivity outcomes will be achieved

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad Khalifah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Muhammad Khalifah is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
